Phase 1 of the Zuri Hotels expansion targets eight (8) high-priority African markets with a projected footprint of 27 hotels by 2030, spanning first and second tier cities across East, West, and Southern Africa. Each market has been selected on the basis of economic growth trajectory, hospitality infrastructure gap, intra-African travel flows, and RIC Brands' existing trade and partnership relationships on the ground.
