The Masterclass Africa Delivery Model
The Masterclass Africa Program is structured around five integrated delivery components, layered to suit the depth of
support a client requires:
1. Training Manuals (PDF)
Structured reference manuals and presentation decks covering each curriculum topic, designed for both self-study
and use as internal training material within a client organisation.
2. Video Tutorials
Professionally produced video modules that walk through practical application — from HACCP documentation to export labelling — enabling teams to learn at their own pace.
3. Live Zoom Sessions
Scheduled interactive sessions with RIC Brands advisors, allowing participants to apply learning to their own
operations and raise real-world questions in real time.
4. Follow-Up Support
A defined post-training support window during which participants can seek clarification, review documentation,
and troubleshoot implementation issues with RIC Brands advisors.
5. Selected Country Onsite Training
In-person, in-country training delivered by RIC Brands facilitators for organisations requiring hands-on, site- specific implementation support.
